Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by NZ Post.
All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping on all orders. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If no information is available after several days, please contact our customer service team.
